Refund policy

Requests for refunds should be emailed to hello@vbites.com within 48 hours of delivery time. Physical returns are not accepted. We ask customers to dispose of or keep the product due to health and safety regulations. Photograph proof of damage required alongside the package label. 

Due to the product not being meat or dairy or fish, defrosted but still chilled items due to delayed delivery or not being at home can be refrozen. Warm or blown defrosted items should be photographed, sent to our team as evidence in your refund and thrown away.

Refund Exceptions

Taste preferences, incorrect shipping address and reporting past the return 48 hours of delivery are exempt from refunds.
